flood fill with a color of your choise
selection - select all

edit - copy

paste into selection - select none
Layers - new mask layer - from image

layers - merge - merge group

with deform tool (pick tool)pull out in all 4 edges like here

edit - copy
paste as new layer
image - resize 3 times with 85% bicubic all layers not checked
move down in the left corner

edit - copy
paste as new layer
image - resize 3 times 85% bicubic all layers not checked
Îmage - rotate - free rotate

move up in the right corner

open "Seachell_SpringTime_Element8"

edit - copy

paste as new layer

image - resize 1 time 85% bicubic all layers not checked
with magic wand click inside the frame

selections - modify - expand with 5 pixel

new raster layer

layer - arrange - move down

edit - copy

paste into selection

select none

activate top layer with the frame
Effects - drop shadow

edit - copy

paste as new layer

image - resize 4 times 85% bicubic all layers not checked

drop shadow same settings as before

move in place

edit - copy

paste as new layer

image - resize 5 times 85% bicubic all layers not checked

move in place

with magic wand click inside the 2 small frames

selections - modify - expand med 3 pixel

edit - copy

selection - invert

hit delete on your keyboard

select none

layer - arrange - move down

activate top layer

drop shadow same settings as before
