open the tube in PSP

open new image 600 x 500 transparent
foreground black
background to #5A2148
make an gradient style linear - angel 0 - repeats 3
and flood fill your image
selections -select all
effects - distortion - displacement map

effects - plugin - simple - top left mirror

select none

Activate the tube Wanda
edit - copy
paste as new layer
effects - distortion - wind
from left 100
repeat but with from right 100
effects - texture effects - mosaic glass

lower opacity to 50%
layers - merge - merge visibile

effects - plugin - universe textured stars

Activate again the tube "Wanda"
edit - copy
paste as new layer
layers - duplicate
close for the duplicated layer
and work on the original layer

effects - plugin - Filter Factory Gallery D - Vertigo
set to 21
effects - plugin - Graphics Plus Cross Shadow
change the last 2 to 18 and 41
with deform tool (Pick tool)
pull all four site (see finished image)

open the layeret of the duplicated tube
image - resize with 80%
move a bit up
adjust - sharpness - sharpen

Step 1

Image - add borders- 2 pixel - black
image - add borders - 10 - pixel - white
select the border with magic wand
flood fill with the gradient, but change angel to 47
effects - mosaic glass
same settings as before
effects - edge effects - enhance
select none
Image - add borders- 2 pixel -black

Step 2

image add borders - 30 pixel - white
select the border with magic wand
in your matrials palette find pattern find that image you are making angel 0 and scale 23
flood fill the selection with that pattern
effects - plugin - Filter factory gallery A - Kaleidoscope
set to 224 and 19
select none
with magic wand select the hwhite parts and flood fill with black
selections - selec all
selections - modify - sontract - 30
selections - invert
effects - distortions - displacement map
same setings as before
effects - plugin - simple - top left mirror
flood fill the selection with the tube.... find it in your pattern - angel 0 scale 23
adjust - add/remove noise - add noise


adjust - shapness - sharpen more
selections - invert
effects - 3D - innerbevel

select none

Step 3

repeat step 1
add text and your name
save as .jpg
