Made in PSP 9 and Animation Shop but I'm sure other versions will work fine too.

Matrialer
the File LDroses.jgd in your gradient folder

Filtre:
Graphics Plus
Xero-Fritillary

Open the matrials in PSP
Open new image 650 x 500 transparent
find the gradient on your foreground and this settings

flood fill your canvas

Activate the tube"PoserHalloween3"
edit - copy
paste as new layer on your canvas
move out to the left

Activate the tube"fan32"
edit - copy
paste as new layer on your canvas
image - mirror
move a bit up and out to the right
lower the opacity to 52%

activate the tube"Ghost~Fantasy~SM~EmersonRose"
edit - copy
paste as new layer on your canvas
resize with 60 %
image - mirror
move down and to the right
lower the opacity to 74%
effects - 3D - drop shadow

repeat drop shadow but change Horizontal to 2

layers - merge - merge all flattern
image - resize with 90%
adjust - sharpness - sharpen

Now to the border:

Step 1

foreground color to #4C000 background color to #700906
image - add border - 3 pixel with your foreground color
image add - border - 3 pixel with your background color
image - add border - 3 pixel with your foreground color

step 2

image - add border - 10 pixel - #FFFFFF
with magic wand select the white border
with your 2 colors make an gradient
style linear - angel 45 - repeats 3 - check invert
flood fill the border
still selected
effects - plugin - Graphics Plus - cross shadow

repeat step 1

step 3

Image - add border - 30 pixel - #FFFFFF
with magic wand select your border
flood fill with #5E0000
still selected
effects - plugin - xero - firtillary

effects - edge effects - enhance
select none

step 4

repeat step 1
the border are finish

add some text and your name
merge visibile and save as .pspimage

Now to the animation

open Animation Shop
open the file"BlingSpiderWebHalf_G_PTR"
as you can the there are 4 frames
delete the first with the background

open the image you just made
duplicate twice so you have 3 frames

Activate blink Ctrl+A and then Ctrl+C

activate your image
Ctrl+A and then Ctrl+E

place with your mouse like as finished image
to see your animation - view - animation
gem i .gif

when you close the blink click no to save changes, or you can't use the blik animation anymore
