style linear - angel 0 - repeats 0 - invert uncheked

selections - select all
selections - modify - contract 50 pixel
new raster layer
flood fill with black
selections - modify - contract - 1 pixel
hit delete on your keyboard

still selected
new raster layer
flood fill with gold pattern
selections - modify - contract - 3 pixel
hit delete on your keyboard

still selected
new raster layer
flood fill with black
selections - modify - contract - 1 pixel
hit delete on your keyboard

still selected
new raster layer
flood fill with the gradient
effects - texture - blinds

close raster 1 (background)
merge visibile

activate your selections tool - rectangel
and make an rectangle like these

selections - modify - contract - 2 pixel
hit delete on your keyboard

edit - copy
paste into selection

layers - duplicate twice so it will be more clear

still with raster 1 closed- merge layers visibile

Activate your pen tool
foreground to gold pattern
and these settings

make 3 lines like finished image
layers - convert to raster
drop shadow
3, 3, 66, 11 - black
adjust - sharpness - sharpen

Activate the tube " decor2"
edit - copy
paste as new layer
move in place
drop shadow same as before
layers - duplicate
image - mirror

Activate the tube" decor"
edit - copy
paste as new layer
drop shadow same as before
image - rotate - free rotate
left - 35 degrees
move to the left like finished image
effects - plugin - simple - top left mirror

effects - plugin - Xero porcelain
50 128 128

activate your background layer raster 1 (the bottom one)
effects - texture - texturizer

close all other layer except raster 1 this way you can bette see what you are doing

activate the tube" stella_natale"
edit - copy
paste as new layer
place to the left
layers - duplicate
image - mirror
layers - duplicate
image - flip
repeat to you have all the flowers like these

merge layers with the flowers visibile

effects - image effects - seamless tilling

effects - plugin - simple - diamonds

change blend mode to soft light
lower opacity to 66%
open for all layers
activate the top layer
add the text
add other decorations if you want to
add your name

Image -add border - 1 pixel black
image - add border - 3 pixel white
select the border with magic wand - flood fill with gold pattern
select none
Image -add border - 1 pixel black

Image - add border - 10 pixel - white
select the border and flood fill with the gradient
style linear - angel 45 - repeats 0

effects - plugin - graphics plus cross shadown
the first 6 to 50 the last 2 to 128
select none
