Make an selection to the right side that split your image in 2
clikc view - rulers - to get the rulers
hit delete on your keyboard
select none
layers - duplicate
Image - mirror
layers - merge - merge visibile
effects - edge effects - enhance

layers - new raster layer
flood fill with the red colour

layers - new mask layer - from image

layers - merge - merge group
adjust - sharpness - sharpen
repeat sharpen
effects - 3D -drop shadow
2 2 60 5 black

with magic wand click inside the red rectangle

edit - copy
paste as new layer
image - resize 80%
move in place
selections - invert
hit delete on your keyboard
