Open the matrials i PSP
Open new image 500 x 400 transparent
flood fill with the gradient SN_Enflamed
style linear - angel og repeats 0

effects - plugin - VM Distortion - Kaleidoscope

effects - edge effects - enhance more twice
new raster layer
selections tool - rectangel
make a selection like this

flood fill with gold pattern
still selected
selection - modify - contract with 2
flood fill with the gradient, but change angel to 45

still selected
effects - plugin - VM instant Art - Tripolis

effects - edge effects - enhance
select none

New raster layer
selections tool - rectangel
make a selection like this

flood fill with the same gradient as before
effects - plugin - Rorshack-Ripleyer

effects - edge effects - enhance
select none
layers - duplicate move to the right in the frame
close for the bottom layer and merge the other 2 visibile

effects - 3D - drop shadow

repeat drop shadow but change V&H to -1
layers - merge - merge visibile
open bottom layer

Activate the tube "recolte_des_fleurs"
edit - copy
paste as new layer on the canvas
resize 70% and place as finish image

effects - plugin - adjust - variations
click once on "more yellow" and ok

effects - xero - porcelain

layers - merge - merge visibile

Activate the tube"MD-flowers-10"
edit - copy
paste as new layer on your canvas
resize with 70%
effects - 3D - drop shadow

adjust - shapness - sharpen
place in the corner of the frame
duplicate layer and move to the other corner
repeat so you have one in each corner

image - add border - 2 pixel - #FFFFFF
with magic wand tolerance and feather to 0 select the white border
flood fill with gold pattern
select none

image - add borders - 25 pixel - #FFFFFF
select with magic wand
flood fill with your gradient

effects - tramages - tow the line

image - add borders - 2 pixel - #FFFFFF
select with magic wand
flood fill with gold pattern
Select none

Add some text with colors and font as you like
add drop shadow as you like
add tour name and sav as .jpg
