open new image 500 x 500 transparent
foreground to #81A6D4
background to #143B80
make an gradient with these settings

flood fill your canvas
layers - load/save mask - Load mask from disk

layers - merge - merge group
effects - edge effects - enhance
layers - merge - merge all flattern

Activate the tube"blue_elfe"
edit - copy
paste as new layer on your canvas
place like finish image
effects - 3D - drop shadow

Activate the tube"BLUEMOON"
edit - copy
paste as new layer on your canvas
resize with 120%
Place like finish image
Layers - arrange - move down
drop shadow with same settings as before

Activate your top layer
with lasso tool make a selection of the fairy face like this

layers - promote selection to layer
it will make her face more clear
layers - merge - merge down

Activate the tube"tube182_monique"
edit - copy
paste as new layer on your canvas
resize with 30% and palce like finish image
drop shadow same settings as before
adjust - sharpness- sharpen
layers - merge - merge visibile

Image - add borders - 1 pixel - #183248
selections - select all
selections - modify - contract - 1
effects - 3D - cutout

Image - add border - 10 pixel - #FFFFFF
select the border with magic wand
flood fill with gradienten but change
angel to 45 and repeats to 9

image - add border - 20 pixel - #FFFFFF
select the border with magic wand
flood fill with the gradient
effects - reflections effects - kaleidoscope

effects - edge effects - enhance

effects - 3D - innerbevel

select none

selections - select all
selections - modify - contract - 20
drop shadow same settings as beforer

Image - add borders - 1 pixel - #183248

Image - add borders - 10 pixel - #FFFFFF
select the border with magic wand
flood fill with the gradient,
but change angel to 138

Image - add borders - 1 pixel - #183248

Activate the tube"Immagine5"
edit - copy
paste as new layer on your canvas
place to the upper left corner
drop shadow same settings as before
adjust - sharpness - sharpen
effects - plugin - simple - Top left mirror and click only ok

Activate the tube"word_art"
edit - copy
paste as new layer on your canvas
resize with 80% and place like finish image

layers - merge - merge visibile

layers - duplicate twice so you have 3 layers
rename them 1, 2 og 3

Activate layer 1 and close layer 2 and 3

effects - Universe _ textured stars
with these settings

close for layer 1 and open layer 2 and aktivate it

again the filter change ONLY density to 149

close for layer 2 and open layer 3
again the filter change ONLY density to 166

open now for all layers
save as .pspimage

open Animation Shop
File - open and browse to your fil

edit - select all
animation - frame properties - 25
save as.gif
