Open the supplies in PSP

Open new image 600 x 450 transparent
flood fill with pattern image19

activate the tube "LoveKiss~Kirb"
edit - copy
paste as new layer on you canvas
move out to the lef and up
blend mode Luminance(L)

Activate the tube "PatryMists_NewYear025"
edit - copy
paste as new layer on your canvas
placement like as finish image

Activate the tube"passagestop"
edit - copy
paste as new layer på dit arbejdsbillede
placement like as finish image

new raster layer
flood fill with black
select all
select - modify -contract with 2 pixel
hit delete on your keyboard
select none

add your name
and any text if you want to

layers - merge - merge all
edit - copy

Open Animations Shop
edit - paste as new animation

edit - duplicate selected till you have 16 frames
and minimize for now

I have made the animation for you
but also include in the zip if you want to make it yourself
If you want to make it so go ahead here
otherwise skip this
and continue where I explain how to set the animation to your picture

in PSP open new image 350 x 200
Activate the tube"Pspgirl_datAll"
find the numbers you need
copy each as new layer on your canvas
and place as here

and the last you need to change the year
as new layer too

Remember it has to be exactly on the top on the other, if not it will "jump" in your animation

now close for the top layer
so you get the year you will start with
In my case 2008

edit - copy MERGED
in AS
edit - paste as new animation

back to PSP
close the layer with the number 8 and open the layer with 9
edit - copy MERGED
in AS
edit - paste after current frame
Activate frame 1

Effects - Insert Image transition
with these settings

click on Customize

click ok twice
delete frame 1 and 2 so you have 16 frames

edit - select all
edit - copy

Open now the animation you did before with the 16 frames
edit - select all
edit - paste into selected frame

open the animation"bubbles"
edit - select all
edit - copy
activate the animations you just made
edit - paste into selected frame
and place at one of the glasses
repeat
edit - paste into selected frame
until you have so many bubbles in the glass you will have

when you're satisfied
save as .gif
