edit - copy
paste as into selection
select none
activate the top layer
effects - 3D - drop shadow
activate "Seachell_Yellow_Element2"
edit - copy
paste as new layer
image - resize 50% bicubic - all layers not checked
move to the right
drop shadow as before
activate your selections tool - rectangleand make an selection like

hit delete on your
keyboard
select none
