open new image 600 x 600 transparent
flood fill with white

new raster layer
selections - select all
open paper2
edit - copy
paste into selection
select none

layers - new mask layer - from image

layers - merge - merge group

effects - texture effect - mosaic glass

activate the template "10_template_decoupe_papier_by_digiscrap_ch (5)"
edit - copy
paste as new layer

image - resize 75 % bicubic - all layers NOT checked
selection - select all
selections - float
selections - defloat
new raster layer
activate "paper1"
edit - copy
paste into selection
select none

effects - 3D - drop shadow

move the layer with the template to the top and activate it
image resize 85 % bicubic - all layers NOT checked
selection - select all
selections - float
selections - defloat
new raster layer
activate "springtime2"
edit - copy
paste into selection
select none
drop shadow same settings as before

delete the layer with the template

activate the top layer
open "ribbon1"
edit - copy
paste as new layer
image resize 70% bicubic - all layers NOT checked
image rotate - free rotate

drop shadow same as before
move a bit down
with eraser tool remove the strings there are outside the circle like this

edit - copy
paste as new layer

move to the left
with magic wand click inside bith frames
selections - modify - expand - 5 pixel
new raster layer
flood fill with #bbba6a
select none
layers - arrange - move down

edit - copy
paste as new layer
and place it in the top frame

and place it in the bottom frame

activate the top layer (the frame)
drop shadow as before
