Supplies :

The Image " below you can use as "pointer" so you know how far you are

 

Open the tubes in PSP

Open new image 255x340

foreground color #aa8c72
and background color #6f513e

Flood fill your new image with the foreground color
aktivate the tube edit - copy og paste as new layer
resize 3 times with 85% bicubic

layers - merge all flattern
selections - select all
selections - modify - contract with 5 pixel
selections - invert
flood fill the selection with your background color (the dark one)

effects - 3D effect - InnerBevel
with these settings

selections - select none

Edit copy
Minimize - you need it in 2 minutes LOL

Open new image 550x400
Make a gradient on your foreground color with your 2 colors
and these settings

Flood fill your new image

edit - paste as new layer
your image from before are still in the memory
Move it op like this

layers- duplicate and move it down like this

layers duplicate again .. move it to the left
layers duplicate - image - mirror
you should have something like this

on the 4 last layers you have just made layer opacity is to be 62%

edit - paste as new layer....

resize with 85% bicubic

layers - merge all flattern

Image - add borders - 2 pixel symmetric black

add a text of your choise
Add your name and you are finished
