Open your tube and minimize for now.
Open the font and minimize.

Open a new 500x500 transparent image.
Flood fill with black.

Add a new raster layer

Open your tube and find a color that you want to use for the sinedot.

Effects – plugin – DragonFly Sinedot II
Use the following settings:

or play with the numbers
click ok.

Click on the Deform Tool. ‘Twirl’ and move the sinedot around till you like it

Here is mine

Activate your tube.
Edit – copy
Activate your sinedot - edit –paste as new layer

With the mover tool move move it where you want it.

Here is mine

Edit – copy merged

Edit - paste as new image

Now you have to make a frame.

With the new image activate

Image – Add borders
Use the following settings

Magic wand with these settings

Click in the white area so it’s get selected

Effect – reflection effects – kaleidoscope
Use the following settings

STILL selected

Edit – co Edit – paste as new image
Now you have the frame. You have to save this for later use.
Files – Export – Picture Frame
Name it sinedot frame and click ok.

Now you can close the frame and the image with the frame.
Say no to save.

Now you have to work on the first image …
In the layer palette you have 3 layers.
Rename them

activate the sinedot layer

duplicate twice.

Activate the sinedot layer

Effects – Alien Skin XenoFix 2 – Constellation
Use this sittings

ok

on the layer palette activate
Copy of sinedot

again XenoFix whit the same settings
you just have to click once at the RANDOM SEED buttom
and the ‘stars’ will look different.

On the layer palette activate
Copy (2) of sinedot

Again the XenoFix same settings click only once the RANDOM SEED buttom.

Here is mine

now you have to make stars on the flowers.

Layer palette activate the tube layer

Duplicate twice.

Activate the tube layer
Close for the 2 copies of tubelayer
Now you can better see what you are doing.

activate the tube layer

Picture tube tool
Find your STAR
Use the following settings

now click on the flowers so you get the stars in different palaces.

Not too many

When you’re satisfied
Layer palette
Activate copy of tube
And open for this layer
Stars on….
And the same as the copy(2) of tube

It’s time for the frame you maked earlier.

Image – Picture frame
Find the frame and use this settings

New raster layer

Text tool find a color from your image for the text
This settings

Write you text

And place it where you want to

Selections – select none

Here is mine at this point

Now on to the funny part

THE ANIMATION!!!!!
Open animation Shop

Back to PSP

You have to close some of the layers

Edit – copy merged
AS Edit – paste as new animation

Back to PSP

Now the layer palette looks like this

Edit – copy merged

AS Edit – paste after current frame

Back to PSP
Now the layer palette looks like this

Edit – copy merged

AS Edit – paste after current frame.

Now you have to changes the Display Time

Edit – select all

Animation – frame properties

20 – ok
