Supplies:

The Image " below you can use as "pointer" so you know how far you are

Open the font and minimize for later use

Open the tubes in PSP

Here are the numbers for Colorize if you make the tag for a girl: H=226 S=159
Here are the numbers for Colorize if you make the tag for a boy H= 146 S=180

Open new image 550x400 transparent
Flood fill with white
New raster layer
Flood fill with pattern "blackblue4" and these settings

Lower layer opacity to 36%
If you make it for a girl remember to colorize

Aktivate the tube dpc_tag3
edit copy
paste as new layer
move it down and a bit to the right

effects - 3D effect - drop shadow with these settings

Activate the tube String_Vertical
edit copy
paste as new layer
colorize for boy or girl
move to the left
drop shadow with the same setting as before

Activate the tube wiht the BEBE
edit copy
paste as new layer
resize so it fit in the *frame*
activate the tube greenBow
edit copy and paste as new layer

Colorize for boy or girl
drop shadow with the same settings as before
move up and to the left
Activate the tube Scrap_B
edit copy and paste as new layer

activate your *lasso* tool and these settings

zoom and select like this

hit delete
selections - select none

new raster layer

text tool
foreground color #808080
backgrounds color #e6e6e6
make a gradient on your background color
close the foreground color

font settings

write ebe (the last 3 letters in the word Bebe)

effects - 3D effect - Innerbevel with these settings

select none and drop shadow same as before

Activate the tube with the heart
edit -copy
paste as new layer
colorize for boy or girl
move it where you like it
drop shadow like before

layers - merge - merge all flatten

image - add borders - 2 pixel - symmetric - with a color from you tag
add your name and you are finished

Save as a .jpg file
