Supplies:

The Image " below you can use as "pointer" so you know how far you are

 

Brushes in your brush map
Open all other supplies in PSP

Open new image 550x400 transparent
flood fill tool
foreground color to #87935e
background color to #496533
make a gradient with these settings and flood fill

New raster layer - selections - select all

Aktivate the background image(the purple one) edit copy
paste into selection
Selections - select none

Adjust - Hue and Saturation - colorize with these settings

lower layer opacity 46%

Aktivate the tube: Misted_Filly_(718) edit copy and paste as new layer
move at bit to the right

Activate the tube: Misted_rose_on_A_Page
edit copy
and paste as new layer
Colorize with the same settings as before

New raster layer
Activate your paintbrush tool
foreground color to black
and these settings

find your brush

place it like here

Lower layer opacity to 68%

Aktivate the tube butterfly2
edit copy
and paste as new layer
resize 3 - 4 times 85% bicubic
colorize with the same setting as before

Add your name

Image - add borders 2 pixel - symmetric - black

and you are finished Save as a .jpg file
