The Image " below you can use as "pointer" so you know how far you are
Preset Shape in your Preset Shape folder
Open tube and mask in PSP
Open new image 550x400 transparent
Chose a light color from your tube for the foreground color(#109cd6)
and a dark for your background color(#01569b)
flood fill with the light color
new raster layer
flood fill with the dark color
layers -new mask layer - from image
in the box find your mask with these settings
layers - merge - merge group
activate
the tube from zip
edit - copy
paste as new layer
move it to the right (see final image)
activate your preset shape tool
find your shape
with these settings
switch fore- and background color and lock background color
Make a preset like here
layers - convert to raster
magic wand and hold Shift down click inside the preset like here
selections - modify - expand with 1
Still selected - new raster layer
activate your tube again - edit copy - paste into selection
select none
Lower layer opacity 62 - layer arrange - move down
activate the top layer
effects - 3D effect - drop shadow
Add a text and your name
layers - merge all flattern
Image - add borders
once again add borders
select with magic wand the white frame
flood fill with the light color(#109cd6)
Still selected - new raster layer
flood fill with a lighter color(#addeef)
layers- new mask layer - from image
find the mask - same settings as before
layers - merge - merge group
selections - select all - selections - modify - contract with 45 pixel
effects - 3D effects - drop shadow same settings as before
drop shadow change to V&H til -3
selections - modify - expand with 15 pixel
drop shadow REMEMBER both + and -
selections - modify - expand with 15 pixel
selections - modify - select selections border
with these settings
flood fill the thin frame with the dark color
effects
- 3D effect - Innerbevel
with these settings
select none
Image - add borders
And you are done
Save as a .jpg file
