Install the plugin if you don't have it already

Open the tubes in PSP

Open new image 500x500

flood fill with #0c0d2e
selections - select all
activate the tube backimage
edit - copy
paste into selection
selections - select none

layers - new raster layer 4 times
rename them sky 1, 2, 3 og 4
lock the 3 layers in top and activate sky 1 like here

effects - plugin - alien skin xenofex2 - little fluffy clouds
with these settings

lock sky1 and activate sky 2
find your filter again and click random seed 1 and ok

lock now sky2 and activate sky 3
find your filter again and click random seed 1 and ok

lock now sky3 and activate sky 4
find your filter again and click random seed 1 and ok

Activate the tube Hexie
edit - copy
paste as new layer
move her in place where you want her
layers - duplicate 3 times so you have Hexie on 4 layers
rename them 1, 2, 3 og 4
lock the 3 top layers and activate *1* like here

activate your warp tool

And with these settings

*pull * now carefully in Hexies dress like you wanted to lift it a bit LOL
and a bit in her hat
click apply

lock layer *1* and activate layer *2*
again warp tool pull a bit more
click apply

lock layer *2* and activate layer *3*
again warp tool pull a bit more
click apply

lock layer *3* and activate layer *4*
again warp tool pull a bit more
click apply

layers - new raster layer
flood fill with #664264
selections - select all
selections - modify - contract with 5 pixel
hit delete
selections - invert

effects - 3D - Innerbevel with these settings

Select none

add your name

Now on to the animation

Open Animation Shop

Back to PSP

In your layer palette lock sky 2, 3 og 4
and 2, 3, og 4 like here

edit - copy merged
back to AS - paste as new animation

back to PSP lock now sky 1 and 1
Open sky 2 and 2 like here

edit - copy merged
Back to AS - paste after current frame

Back to PSP lock now sky 2 and 2
Open sky 3 and 3 like here

edit - copy merged
back to AS - paste after current frame

Back to PSP lock now sky 3 and 3
Open sky 4 and 4 like here

in AS

edit - select all
animation - frame properties - 35
